Faith & Grief and The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza present a special installation of River of Time, a work of art created by artist Pamela H. Nelson from thousands of ribbons signed each year at the Faith & Grief Memorial Arch at Klyde Warren Park in Dallas. This floor-to-ceiling installation, on view at the Museum, memorializes the names and memories of lost loved ones, giving them new purpose through art. The woven ribbons together represent the shared experience of grief, which is both deeply personal and communal. Visitors will have the opportunity to add their own ribbons to the installation in memory of those lost.
Included with Museum admission.
