Where to park

The Museum is located at 411 Elm Street, Dallas, TX 75202.

Paid parking is conveniently located adjacent to the Museum. Parking fees vary per lot. No oversized vehicles or buses allowed.

Public transportation

The Museum is three blocks west from West End Station, which connects to all DART lines, and five blocks north of Union Station, which connects to the TRE to Fort Worth.

School Visits

The Museum is offers limited in-person weekday school tours. Visit the School Tours page for more information or submit a School Request Form.

To qualify as a school group, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Group must be a K-12 or college class
  • Students must receive a grade for the class affiliated with the field trip 
  • Extracurricular clubs/activities/groups and sports teams do not qualify
  • Be from an accredited school or home-school group
  • Minimum number to qualify for school group discount: 20 students
  • Must schedule a minimum of three weeks in advance.

Museum Accessibility

All levels of the Museum are accessible to wheelchair users and others with special needs. An accessible ramp is located at the northwest corner of the Museum. Wheelchairs are available for guests in the Visitors Center on a first-come, first-served basis. Handicap parking is available in the Museum lot, directly adjacent to the Museum, for the standard parking fee. All Museum restrooms have fully accessible stalls. Service animals, as defined by the ADA, are welcome. The Museum has KultureCity® sensory bags available to check-out in the Visitors Center for guests.
