Ronnie Martin Oral History
Videotaped oral history interview with Ronnie Martin. The band director at Eastern Hills High School in Fort Worth in 1963, Martin led his students in playing "Hail to the Chief" for President Kennedy at the Hotel Texas breakfast on the morning of the assassination. A Kennedy supporter, Martin assisted the Secret Service as they made security arrangements for the president's visit to Fort Worth. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on September 25, 2007 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is fifty-five minutes long.
