Bernadine Stetzel Oral History
Videotaped oral history interview with Bernadine Stetzel. An American painter, quilt maker and woodcarver, Stetzel specializes in naive or primitive art. Beginning in 1968, she responded to the Kennedy assassination by creating a series of seventy-one paintings that depict the life and death of President Kennedy. Interview conducted at Ms. Stetzel's home on July 7, 2011 by Associate Curator Stephen Fagin with Director of Collections and Intellectual Property Megan Bryant. The interview is one hour and twenty-seven minutes long.
