Robert Denson Oral History

Videotaped oral history interview with Robert Denson. As chief investigator for the Jack Ruby defense team from December 1963 to March 1964, Denson interviewed more than 100 acquaintances of Ruby. Denson was heavily involved with defense preparations and sat behind Ruby during the course of the trial. Shortly after the trial, Denson wrote the book Destiny in Dallas (1964).Interview conducted at Mr. Denson's home on April 24, 2008 by Stephen Fagin, Associate Curator, and C. Dealey Campbell of the Dallas Historical Society. The interview is two hours and eight minutes long.
