On the front of the card is a black and white photographic portrait of President Kennedy taken by Robert Knudsen. Text is printed on the back of the card. President Kennedy's name, title, and life dates are printed at the top with a simple black cross printed below. The text:"Dear God,Please take care of your servantJohn Fitzgerald Kennedy", is followed by quotes taken directly from the end of President Kennedy's inaugural address.
