Photograph of the Vice President's car on Turtle Creek Boulevard

Black and white photograph of the occupants of the Vice President's car in the motorcade on November 22, 1963. The photograph was taken as the motorcade was on Turtle Creek Boulevard at the intersection with Hall Street. The car is seen from its right side, from just in front of the windshield to the middle of the trunk. In the front seat of the car are Secret Service Agents Hurchel Jacks, wearing a hat and driving the car, and Rufus Youngblood, closer to the camera and leaning forward slightly. In the back seat, Vice President Lyndon B. Johnson is seated closest to the camera, with his right arm up, waving and partially blocking his face. On the far side of the back seat, Sen. Ralph Yarborough is partially seen. The top of his head as well as his waving right arm and resting left arm are visible. Lady Bird Johnson is seated in the middle, but is blocked from view by the Vice President. Only the bouquet of roses on her lap is seen. A row of spectators are standing on the median on the other side of the limousine, mostly applauding. A station wagon is on the other side of the median with trees and a park visible behind. The photograph has a white border around all sides with "Nov 63" printed at the top center.
