Cover letter for files and records associated with the assassination of John F. Kennedy

 Original 1 page, typed cover letter on letterhead from Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas dated Friday, June 12, 1992. The letter is concerning the court order from the Dallas County Commissioners Court that requests Parkland turn over all files and records of affected, deceased parties from the assassination of President John F. Kennedy. Records included are for John F. Kennedy, Lee Harvey Oswald, and Jack Ruby. The letter also states that a list of items is enclosed (1994.001.0001.0002).

The letter is addressed to Ed Bailey, Director of Administrative Services for Dallas County, and is signed by MacGregor W. Day, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for Parkland Memorial Hospital. The letter has an original signature in black ink.
