The letter itself is dated Thursday, November 5, 1964, while the talk was given Thursday, October 22, 1964. The talk was given by Peter N. Geilich, the Administrative Assistant for the Dallas County Hospital District. The letter was written by Mr. Geilich, and explains the hospital’s role in the events that happened from Friday, November 22 through Sunday, November 24, 1963.  One original typed 1 page document listing additional staff involved in the emergency treatment of President John F. Kennedy and Governor John Connally at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas dated Tuesday, November 26, 1963. The list is titled, “Additional Staff Involved in the Emergency Room Care of the President and the Governor.” It is to Mr. Julian Reid, and from Mrs. Elizabeth L. Wright, Director of Nursing Service. The note lists the staff involved only with treatment for President Kennedy, Governor Connally, or both.
