Mr. Tague's autobiography, Truth Withheld: A Survivor's Story, was published in 2003. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
A Dallas Times Herald photograph of Mr. Tague taken a few minutes after the assassination shows what appears to be a cut on his left cheek. Although not mentioned in his Warren Commission testimony or in his book, Mr. Tague explained to me in the late 90s that the cut was the result of a dispute with his girlfriend the night before. The cut caused by the shooting, he said, was actually on his right cheek. - Gary Mack, Curator
Mr. Tague passed away on February 28, 2014. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
