A man in a hat and overcoat is bent over the clothes in the center - he may be an airport staffer or airline pilot. There was a bomb threat at Love Field on the afternoon of November 24, 1963.Dallas Mayor Earle Cabell was the target of the bomb threat that afternoon. Police officers and airport staff secured the area and investigated his plane and all the passengers and luggage aboard. Cabell departed 40 minutes later than scheduled when nothing was found.Curators have determined that the most likely photographer for this negative strip was Bill Beal, but this cannot be confirmed absolutely at this time.
