Color slide #03 of view of Houston Street and Elm Street intersection

One 35mm color image on Kodachrome Duplicate slide of Lee Harvey Oswald's view of the intersection of Houston Street and Elm Street, at the northeast corner of Dealey Plaza. The view looks south and is supposed to be from the sixth floor of the Texas School Book Depository at the window that Oswald fired from. It overlooks the reflecting pool that runs along side Houston St. on the east side of Dealey Plaza. This slide is in a cardboard mount, and handwritten on the slide in black ink is the number "(3" in the bottom right corner. At the top of the image (also handwritten) is "Oswald's View of,” and underneath is "Houston's Intersection with Elm." At the bottom of the slide printed in yellow text is, "MADE IN U.S.A. U.S. PAT. NO. 3.013.354.” Above the yellow text, stamped into the paper is a date reading "SEP 66 D." On the emulsion side of the slide at the top in the left corner is the "Kodak" label and "MADE BY" in black printed text. Opposite is "Kodachrome Duplicate." George Reid was a longtime John F. Kennedy supporter who campaigned for him in Texas. He also filmed home-movie footage of President Kennedy at Love Field in Dallas, and in Dealey Plaza on several occasions in the 1960s.
