Bobbie Wygant Oral History

Videotaped oral history interview with Bobbie Wygant. An entertainment reporter and critic at Dallas NBC affiliate WBAP-TV (KXAS-TV) for more than seventy years, Wygant started her career there two weeks before the station went on the air in 1948. News of the Kennedy assassination interrupted her live talk show, Dateline, multiple times on November 22, 1963, which was also her thirty-seventh birthday. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on August 31, 2015 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is one hour and thirteen minutes long.
