Videotaped oral history interview with Bill and Nelda Neale. Politically active conservatives, the Neales were acquainted with members of the Dallas Russian community and met Marina Oswald prior to the Kennedy assassination. Bill Neale, a member of the Citizens Charter Association, was a longtime advertising executive in Dallas. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on January 14, 2011 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is fifty-two minutes long.
