As of spring 2024, four of the five films produced by the Mondells in 1988 for The Sixth Floor exhibit remain on view. The fifth film, "The Legacy," hosted by Walter Cronkite, was replaced by a new film exploring the Kennedy legacy, also produced by Allen and Cynthia Mondell, in time for the 50th anniversary of the assassination in 2013. In addition, Waging Peace: The Peace Corps Experience, a film by Allen Mondell, was shown on the Museum's seventh floor as part of a rotating series of documentaries during the special exhibit, Call to Action (2006), which explored social activism in the 1960s. - Stephen Fagin, Curator
In addition to this 2002 oral history, Allen Mondell has participated in several public programs over the years, including a panel discussion commemorating the 50th anniversary of the Peace Corps in 2011 (50 Years of Service: Peace Corps Volunteers, 1961-2010 (youtube.com)) and a Living History program (Living History with Allen Mondell (youtube.com)). - Stephen Fagin, Curator
