Mel Barney Oral History

Videotaped oral history interview with Mel Barney. A longtime engineer with Texas Instruments, Barney worked with the CIA on a number of high-level security projects during the Cold War. An acquaintance of Jack Ruby, he recalls that Ruby participated in two top-secret flights in 1961. Interview conducted at The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza on January 8, 2014 by Stephen Fagin. The interview is fifty-seven minutes long.
