The note reads: "Christmas, 1963 To: The Staff and Personnel of Dallas County Hospital District Three hundred and sixty-four days of the year all of us are absorbed in business and routine chores, but one day is set aside to think of others. As I pause to review the year just ending, I am reminded of your loyalty and service, frequently beyond the call of duty, and I want to express my appreciation for a job well done. Please accept my next sincere wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year along with my Prayer that God will richly bless you and your loved ones during this Joyous Season and through out the New Year.
