The certificate is dated October 24, 1956, in Dallas, Texas, and has a stamped signature from the Officer in Charge of the Marine Corps Recruiting Station, R. K. Jones, Captain, USMC.Oswald's Military Test Report issued by the United States Armed Forces Institute has been laminated to the back of the certifcate. His older brother, Robert Oswald, signed the necessary paperwork as his guardian since Lee was still underage.
