Press RoomFREE MUSEUM ADMISSION, STORE DISCOUNT TO HONOR VETERANS ON NOVEMBER 11, 2010
The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza will offer free admission for all veterans in observance of the 2010 Veteran's Day Holiday on Thursday, November 11. Veterans will also receive a 10% discount at the Museum Store + Café.
The Museum offers $2 off admission year round for active duty military.
Proper ID required for veterans and active duty military.
The Museum is located at 411 Elm Street in downtown Dallas. Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday-Sunday and 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. Monday. Audio guides are available in seven languages, and a youth version is available in English.
Regular price admission is $13.50 for adults, $12.50 for youth (6-18 years) and seniors (65+), and free (or $3.50 with audio guide) for children five years and younger.
